How to Export WhatsApp Chat on iPhone

Follow these steps to export your WhatsApp chat on iOS and upload it to ChatToMap.

Open WhatsApp and tap on the individual or group chat you want to analyze.

Tap the name at the top of the chat to open the chat info screen.

Scroll down in the chat info screen until you see the "Export Chat" option.

Tap on "Export Chat" to start the export process.

Select "Without Media" for faster processing. ChatToMap only needs the text content.

WhatsApp will prepare your chat export. This may take a moment for large chats.

When the share sheet appears, tap "Save to Files" to save the export to your device.

Select "Downloads" or another easy-to-find location, then tap "Save" at the top.

Open ChatToMap in your browser and tap "Browse Files" to select and upload your exported .zip file.

Once you have your .zip file, head to the upload page to start discovering your forgotten activities.
